Unfortunately for our free accounts, we don't allow email functionality - and that includes incoming and outgoing email(including contact form plugins).
One of the main reasons we limit that is due to spam, and it's part of our efforts to control spam on our server.
A workaround to this for receiving queries through contact forms would be using a third party html contact form.
